Most people take their health for granted until something goes wrong.
Today, however, revolutionary changes are taking place in health care and in people's personal priorities that are moving us toward a philosophy of prevention rather than intervention in an effort to achieve a higher quality of life. People from around the world are beginning to listen to scientists and health care professionals who tell us that lifestyle and nutrition play a major role, not only in the quality of our life, but also in longevity.
Fitness and diet are important components in preventive health. A regular exercise program and healthy diet can significantly improve the likelihood of a healthy life. Remember, age is not a factor when it comes to exercise and diet.
Young people, as well as old can enjoy the many benefits of regular exercise and diet.
