Your important documents are among the most precious to protect in the event of a fire or burglary.
Now that you have your documents organized you need to decide how you are going to protect these items.
You can either obtain a safe in your house or a safe deposit box at a bank or post office in which only a very limited number of close family members or trusted individuals have access to.
Think about it...in the event of a fire or burglary, you would likely need access to these documents more than at any other time.
