One of the biggest challenges we face today as a society is the fact that our food is not as nutrient dense as it used to be. While most of us are not calorie deficient, we are nutrient deficient.
Our bodies need vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids on a daily basis.
Without the proper supplementation we cannot adequately nourish our bodies, and if our bodies are not adequately nourished our health will suffer.
